The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our quality tests because it has a weak seat, made of hard plastic, and a design that appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for a budget option.
While it's not the most light double stroller, it does have enough features that are worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy for you to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs with ease. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not easy to push when your legs are hanging in this manner. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.
During our tests during our testing, we found the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider before you press a large white button. This can be frustrating, especially if you're juggling children while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit the size of a large diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow, and you may need to store something inside to reach the back.
